About the Henleaze Heart building project

In the heart of Henleaze, we have a perfect opportunity to be a place where people of all ages, all abilities and all walks of life can meet together in a spirit of friendship and Christian fellowship. To this end we have just begun to redevelop some of our Church and Community buildings. We hope that you will welcome these changes, collectively called the Henleaze Heart building project.

Something for everyone

This exciting project will enable people of all ages and abilities to enjoy all sorts of activities together in the renewed and improved buildings.

We plan to:

• Demolish and rebuild the Waterford Hall.
• Build a new link, with a bright and attractive outlook onto Henleaze Road, between the church and the Leonard Hall.
• Improve facilities ensuring most areas are accessible for people with disabilities.
• Build an ecologically sensitive and pleasing building that will enhance the neighbourhood.
