Trinity-Henleaze 1907 – 2007 As our Centenary Year draws to its close, we invite all who enjoy singing to join a ‘scratch choir’ to: Sing Handel’s “Messiah” in a day. On Sunday 9th December 2007 With professional singers taking solo parts. Join the Choir for rehearsal from 2pm. and performance at 7pm. Or, come along to the performance at 7pm. Cost: A place in the Choir £5.00 Tickets for the 7pm. performance £5.00 For a booking form for singers, contact: Tracey for a form. Music is a big part of the life of this Church and many people in Henleaze enjoy the rich and varied programme of concerts at the Church throughout the year. In this Centenary Year, what could be more fitting than to enjoy music together? Thank you for your interest in joining the ‘scratch choir’ to sing some of Handel’s “Messiah”. All who would like to sing are welcome. On Sunday 9th December the rehearsal will be in the Church. Please arrive from 2pm. to begin at around 2.15pm. We have ordered a set of the score which you will be given on the day. Please indicate below which part you sing. There will be drinks provided for refreshment throughout the afternoon and in the interval between the rehearsal and performance. Please bring a picnic tea. The performance is at 7pm in the Church.
