Hire charges for all rooms

Basic Rates applicable from 1st September 2025 until further notice, per hour of hire.

'Community' rates are for charities, local community groups, non-profit making organisations and children’s parties.

Additional charges apply eg for use of piano, organ, sound system or kitchen: please contact us with details of your requirements and for a price quotation.

* General notes:

Hire periods must include your setting up and clearing down time.
Payment and a returnable deposit must be received prior to your event.
Charges may apply to cancelled bookings: subject to our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Alcohol may be served on the premises subject to our rules for the provision of alcohol.
While we have shown capacity numbers for rooms as a guideline, if in any doubt you should discuss with us the nature of your event and how many people can be accommodated safely. Hirers should do their own risk assessment of their proposed activity.
Free wifi is provided in all parts of the building but we do not have 24/7 technical support so you should have a back-up plan if using wifi for presentations.
