Facility Community hire - price list
If you are unsure of which rates will apply to you please contact us.
This subsidized set of Community Use hire charges is for certain Charities, Local Community Groups non-profit making organizations, and children’s parties.
Under exceptional circumstances, for example fund raising for a national disaster, we may be prepared to reduce our rates even further, please ask.
These charges apply for events between September 2025 and March 2026.
Please note that:
- hire periods must include your setting up and clearing down time.
- payment must be received prior to your event,
- if you cancel, charges will apply.

The price for your hire is calculated as:
Per hire charge + First hour charge (=normal hour charge if not specified) + remaining hours at normal hour charge.
for each item.
If you hire multiple rooms we will deduct 5% off the total room hire cost. 15% discount applies for Church members/regular Church attendees

- Full use of Church and Vestry toilets - £34.50 per hour.
- For organ or piano practice and Vestry toilets - £23.50 per hour
- Hire of the organ - £23.50 for first hour, £5.50 per hour thereafter
- Hire of the grand piano as found - £12.50 per hour
- Hire of the grand piano fully tuned for the event - £85.00 per hire
Bradbury Hall
Up to 200 people in theatre style layout, alternatives possible - full Bradbury Hall specification
Bradbury Hall charges
- Bradbury Hall and main toilets - £33.00 per hour
- Occasional use of the BH kitchen - £4.75 per hour
- Full use of the BH kitchen - £17.00 per hour
- Hire of the BH sound system - £8.00 per hour
- Hire of the BH stage light system - £8.00 per hour
- Hire of the BH data projector and screen - £14.00 per hour
- Hire of the BH piano as found - £10.00 per hour
Bradbury Meeting Room
Up to 14 in boardroom style layout (other layouts possible) - full Bradbury meeting room specification

- Meeting room and single disabled toilet - £17.00 per hour
- Meeting room plasma screen - £6.75 per hour
Bradbury Coffee Bar
